Don’t be all so sad and depressed about how your life would’ve been, if you have done the right things. You are correct that you should-be approached at the opportunity to make friends, but stop moping about it. Things won’t change if you start feeling sorry for yourself. You need to do something for you. Look at life at another perspective. See it as a great beautiful day that is positive. You can still change your life, and nothing is too late for it. Age is just a number, and it doesn’t mean its the end of you. You’re looking at yourself all wrong. Feel good about yourself, and keep telling yourself that everything in your life will be solved. Remember that your family loves you. You are not alone in this. There are most people who are in the same position that you are. They are thinking the same thing you are. Some are making a change like you should. If you think people don’t care, believe me they do. The only way you will feel good is to tell yourself that you’re the most important person on this planet. Some persons are already doing it. If you don’t do it, then they will be one step ahead of you. This is never the end. It’s only the beginning.

Set Your Mind At Ease
The mind is a vulnerable living thing, but it is also smart, and active. In order for you to be calm think slowly about not harming your brain. There are a lot of things, and situations to put it in danger. One example is if you are hearing music that you don’t like, but you are pretending to enjoy it, then you aren’t setting your mind at ease. Remember being negative by getting angry kills your brain cells. Pick the right things that you want to do, and enjoy entertainment. Remember that not all things you hear, read, and watch you will be entertained by. The other thing is find the right career you will be serious about, and it is important for you to know is if you’re comfortable with it. You can do anything you want, but first listen to soft music first for a while to think freely. This will help you make important decisions that will change your life. Always make the right decisions that are positive. When you are having fun in public relax, and don’t trouble your mind by making things up in your mind. You need to stay in moments when you are socializing and having fun. Your mind can’t be at two events at the same time. Take care of your mind, and take each day slowly. This process always works. You need to feed your mind positive things, and make it happy. It needs to be active. Your mind needs a break in the night by sleeping. Use this advice: Set Your Mind At Ease. Think three dimensional not one dimensional, and this will help your mind.
Healing Your Feelings
One way to heal your emotions is by doing something positive. You can forget what happened in the past and try to enjoy what’s ahead of you today. I think by reading self-help books and going to a psychiatrist if you need it, is helpful. If you don’t heal fast then your process of feeling happy is a long one. To stay on the right track try to remember good memories of your life. Watching movies you love will help the healing process of your moods rapidly. Those who change to be positive don’t feel anything negative. There is something in your life that is happy and wonderful. Try to go to church if you’re a believer, but I’m not telling you to go to church groups. The last reminder is a good idea, but you don’t need to do it. It’s your choice. Read novels, education books, and history books, rather then moping around feeling sorry for yourself. I know that some of you sad moods are your everyday life, but feel positive to let the mood swings go away. Happiness is the best cure for all people. Visit animal zoos and look at the friendly animals. The healing process is a long one, but it doesn’t mean you can’t feel positive. From each day you feel better about yourself is an improvement. One day at a time you see the light at the end of the tunnel of positivity and happiness. Listen to your Doctors and take their advices. It’s the only way you’ll get better ahead of your life. Feel good about yourself and love yourself.
My Buddy Has Faded Away
Dear God,
My friend Jason Avril is gone to a better place. In your place he is there. When I met him he was friendly until he turned to the side of meanie. I have his letter saying that he wanted to commit suicide, because he can’t stand the bad treatment he is receiving from people. I have heard his sad story and felt bad for him. He had a girlfriend called Lisa Styles and she is pretty attractive. The reason is he can’t ever get happy is because he never got the chance to prove people that he is a changed man. I am his only friend. A long time ago he treated people bad in school and never overcame those problems. He was always hung up on it. I tell him to cheer up, but he can’t. His recent problems never went away, and everyone has labeled him as a loser. He wanted to change to a good person, but he never had the chance. He told his goodbyes when he walked on the sidewalks of Georgia, USA. When I saw him he quickly faded away bit by bit. His skin and body turned to sand from top to bottom. The wind blew every thick sands upwards, which was the only way to go to Heaven for him. The sand just disappeared and he is gone from my witness eyes. At first I felt depressed and frustrated, but a favor was done. This is a sad ending. I understand why it happened, but he never resolved his problems, and not even once. I hope you are taking care of him. Lisa visits the sidewalk everyday to mourn him and so do I. He will be greatly missed. R.I.P.

The Bad Thinking Affects You, But No One Else
We all have had thoughts about people we said bad about, but they didn’t even know it. I think in this case if you say bad things about other people, it doesn’t affect them, but only you. The other person doesn’t even feel it, whether they are bad or good. Your thinking has to feel positive and optimistic. Everyone had these problems before, but some take it way over the edge. Stop blaming people of the past, and let it go. When you do procrastinate, you wake up the next day not feeling well, but negative. Some people feel bad about their lives. I don’t blame you. The thing is you have to let it go, and start a new life for yourself. Forget about whatever is bothering you, and watch your favorite team trying to win games. Do the positive things, and stop procrastinating. We writers hate procrastinators. We want to hear about good things. We don’t want to hear about your problems. I’d rather hear about the good things in your life. I for one love my life, and have positive days, regardless of what else happens. You need to help your brain to stay on the right path, and it is your responsibility to show your kids of being a role model. Don’t be a procrastinator. Be a role model. Be kind to each other. Love. Peace. Freedom.
Be Happy!
No matter what occurred in your past, you need to be graceful, and happy. God isn’t asking you for anything else, just that one thing. We all have had our shares of problems. I think the happiest person is the smartest one of all. There is no reason to become depressed, and in fact life has to be lived to the fullest. Do things that make you feel positive, and most importantly be happy. The Doctors’ only prescription is for all of you to be happy. No one is attempting to end your life. Why commit suicide when you can enjoy this world for what is worth? Don’t make up excuses, stop doing it, and ask yourself why are you doing this stupid act of yours. No one wants your life ended rapidly. Find things to amuse yourself. Look for answers in some subjects, and discover the answer to that universal question of science “Why?”. This will keep you occupied, and happy. When we were kids we were all happy. It’s time to be an adult, and be happy, just like you did in your childhood. Make something useful of yourself. Be involved in activities that are positive, and gainful. Feel optimistic. God didn’t bring you here to bring sad stories. Once you fall down, get up as many times, until you are up. Love. Peace. Happiness comes from Within You
It doesn’t matter how old you were when you felt depressed your entire life, because you can start being happy at any age. I have always believed in order to be happy your inner self has to feel positive, and happy. There are some people average or famous that are depressed, and never get happy. It’s all in your mind, and you’re getting your mind to beat you. You have to think happy and feel happy. I don’t believe in wasting your life on negative events, and bad people. The first thing to do is stop hanging around with the wrong crowd, and give in to the right crowd who will support you. I have seen people die, because they have done harm to their bodies, and were always negative. Me? I have been depressed for a time, but I have learned to be happy in my inner-self, and outer-self. I enjoy watching movies, reading novels, history books, and going out. I know it is real hard for you at this time, but at the end of that outcome, you will be positive, then you will laugh at it. You need to pick yourself up, and do things on your own, don’t depend on people to do things for you. Begin to be independent, and then you will feel happy. We all were lost about whether to feel bad or happy, but there are consultants for that. There has got to be something from you that you have succeeded in your life, and made you feel positive.
Erase Your Negative Past
We all used to act like jerks in our lives, and those times we never seem to get it out of our minds. Sure you can get it out of your minds, and it’s simple. All you need to do is forgive your past of what you’ve done wrong, and embrace your good past. If you don’t do this, and still feel hopeless, than there is no solution to overcome it. Some people aren’t used to feeling positive, and this is why most of them commit suicide. Instead of sobbing over the pasts’ problems learn from it, and start a new positive life. There are many inspirational movies to watch, and novels to read that give you a meaning to live happy again. I don’t want to see your face all so glum, when I write novels in the future do me a favor to live for today. I want to you to have something to look forward to, but I am not going to tell you what I am going to write about, but just enjoy them, and do other things. All I am striving for is for my fans to have something to look forward to like my novels in the future and stay positive.
