Think of postive

memories for your

healthy thinking is okay.

Putting yourself down

will hurt you by thinking sad,

be happy with you.

Fill your mind with

good memories not to fill

it with depressed ones.

Your brain fills lots of

bad and good memories

in you. You take care.

The mind is a pure

muscle to take care of it.

Think of happy thoughts.

Practice building strong

positive memories to

yourself will thank you.

Stop bringing back bad

old memories, who will make

you feel bad in you.

Make it a practice

by building positive thoughts.

Feel good in yourself.
