Be Optimistic

I always hear most stories of people being depressed all the time, and theirs are of small problems that can be fixed. I think most of us take life for granted. Your life doesn’t end as in your teen years. It keeps on going. Pretty soon you’re going to have no problems at all in your future life. All you have to do is change your attitude and behavior. Also, change your mood swings. We don’t want to see your violent side, and be victims from it. Anger causes many chaotic violence. I always say if you’re depressed, then why don’t you go to the “Through The Never-ending Misery Tour”. Maybe, then you will change your mind of how lucky your life is. Most of us have had tough lives, but it doesn’t mean it can’t be changed. Look at the other things that are positive on your life. You’re the only one who should make yourself happy. Be optimistic. Be bright. You’ll surprise everyone once you leave out old habits behind. Enjoy your life, and stop ending it foolishly. You will live only once on this planet. Might as well make the best of it.

Be Family and Friends with Your Parents!

One advise I would tell some of you who are angry with your parents and hate them. Just bond with them. Most of the time teens don’t understand their parents at all, but your parents want the best for you. Remember back from the time when you were a kid, and told them that you’re never going to be upset with them. Most of us have problems and some of us get angry and hate them. Stop the hate! Love and care for them. They aren’t going to be around for you so long. This is a time of bonding with them. They’re the ones who care for you. They want you to get help, and not to have your life in total chaos. Just listen to them and let them help you. There’s no reason for hate and anger. I think some of you should settle your differences. However, you or your parents are wrong about some things try to understand each other. Maybe, the person that is wrong is you. Think before you make a huge mistake that will cost your life. Think twice about it and take their advice! Listen from a grown adult that has been there, and not from someone who really doesn’t care. Listen to those who do. Your life can be turned around. It’s never too late to change your life!

If you have had problems with certain people, and feel bad about it try to enjoy the holidays. I know it’s depressing that most people don’t want to talk to you, but at least have some positives going into the new year. If you are a loner try to make your life meaningful in a positive way. You will be surprised by how many loners there are. We all have problems, and we can resolve them. committing suicide isn’t the answer. Don’t try to find a dangerous way out to make yourself happy, because if you do you no longer exist. Your family comes into this picture to help you cheer up. Some of us have major problems, and we try our hardest to be happy. The small problems you have are no big deal, and can easily be resolved. One year of your misery is no big deal, because coming next year there’s the optimistic and positive you. You can erase all your problems by making yourself happy. If you are happy, then everyone is. Don’t forget your grandparents who love you the most. Your parents want for you the very best in life, destined to do great things. Be cheerful on the holidays and try to at least the see Jesus Christ’s story from his perspective, and how he wanted for peace for us all. This certainly will make you feel better, and it’s his story to tell upon you. He had it worse then we all  did and also you. Once you have seen the movie The Passion Of The Christ you will start to accept that it’s not only you with problems that you want resolved. You have friends to help you feel positive and optimistic. Be an optimist. Not a pessimist.

Be Happy!

No matter what occurred in your past, you need to be graceful, and happy. God isn’t asking you for anything else, just that one thing. We all have had our shares of problems. I think the happiest person is the smartest one of all. There is no reason to become depressed, and in fact life has to be lived to the fullest. Do things that make you feel positive, and most importantly be happy. The Doctors’ only prescription is for all of you to be happy. No one is attempting to end your life. Why commit suicide when you can enjoy this world for what is worth? Don’t make up excuses, stop doing it, and ask yourself why are you doing this stupid act of yours. No one wants your life ended rapidly. Find things to amuse yourself. Look for answers in some subjects, and discover the answer to that universal question of science “Why?”. This will keep you occupied, and happy. When we were kids we were all happy. It’s time to be an adult, and be happy, just like you did in your childhood. Make something useful of yourself. Be involved in activities that are positive, and gainful. Feel optimistic. God didn’t bring you here to bring sad stories. Once you fall down, get up as many times, until you are up. Love. Peace. Freedom.

Happiness comes from Within You

It doesn’t matter how old you were when you felt depressed your entire life, because you can start being happy at any age. I have always believed in order to be happy your inner self has to feel positive, and happy. There are some people average or famous that are depressed, and never get happy. It’s all in your mind, and you’re getting your mind to beat you. You have to think happy and feel happy. I don’t believe in wasting your life on negative events, and bad people. The first thing to do is stop hanging around with the wrong crowd, and give in to the right crowd who will support you. I have seen people die, because they have done harm to their bodies, and were always negative. Me? I have been depressed for a time, but I have learned to be happy in my inner-self, and outer-self. I enjoy watching movies, reading novels, history books, and going out. I know it is real hard for you at this time, but at the end of that outcome, you will be positive, then you will laugh at it. You need to pick yourself up, and do things on your own, don’t depend on people to do things for you. Begin to be independent, and then you will feel happy. We all were lost about whether to feel bad or happy, but there are consultants for that. There has got to be something from you that you have succeeded in your life, and made you feel positive.
