When I saw the movie Finding Neverland in Netflix. I was surprised by how the creator of Peter Pan was normal. I never knew about his life before. I love this movie. J.M. Barrie created the children’s novel Peter Pan by his real life situations. His characters were named by some real people he was close to. I didn’t know also that he was a playwright. His first play has failed, and was in trouble of failing again. This is about the life of J.M. Barrie. His last play (Peter Pan) was a huge success. Throughout his life he was a good husband to his wife, and a good father to his children. I never knew that he had skeptics who believed that Peter Pan was going to be a failure before the play. In fact it didn’t. The play was love by millions of fans when the actors first acted out in the theater. He once said that for Peter Pan to never grow up. Peter Pan has to believe that he will always be a boy and to never grow to an adult. This was Peter Pan’s magic wish. J.M. Barrie had a female friend who was sick who she had a son named Peter. Peter was Barrie’s inspiration that he gave the protagonist’s name of Peter, but Pan the last name was all made up all by the author. I give this movie a thumbs up!

Patrick Squished his Bully
Dear Mom and Dad,
My name is Patrick Donner. I have squashed my high school bully named Philip Steinhold. He kept bothering once I appear in public. I kept hearing these stories that I was a loser in my high school years. He would say hurtful things like “You’ll never amount to anything!”, “You’re a bum!”, or “you’ll always be a punk!”. I keep hearing him saying all this to me on my present time. He always walks with me around the mall and tells me hurtful things for me to get down to his level. Well one day I was asleep and a fairy came to me that she gave me powers to make him small and squish him. The next morning I woke up if as the painful words coming out of Philip’s mouth didn’t hurt my feelings at all. I went outside walking in public and there he was. His sorry-self. He goes to me and tells me hurtful words again. I got up the courage to make him stop and he turned small. The size on my toe. So, I raised my leg up and squished him with my right shoe. He longer can bother me, and doesn’t even exist anymore. All the strangers keep applauding me proud, and even the police. This was a great day for me. I feel happy and optimistic today.
Michael Keaton (1951-Present)
Michael Keaton is an American actor, producer, director, and comedian. He rose to fame in the comedy movie Night Shift (1982). He started in numerous movies such as: Mr. Mom (1983), Johnny Dangerously (1984), and Beetlejuice (1988). He earned further acclaim in the movies Batman (1989), and Batman Returns (1992). He earned a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor at the 2015 Golden Globe Awards for the movie Birdman (2014). He was also awarded a Career Achievement Award from both the Hollywood Film Festival and Zurich Film Festivals. Birdman won Best Picture at the 2015 Oscars and several more Oscar Awards.
My favorite drama movie from him was Clean & Sober (1988), because it was about a person fighting drug abuse trying to get another chance at being clean and sober again in his life.
Orson Welles (1915-1985)
Orson Welles was an American actor, writer, director, and producer. Citizen Kane (1941) was his first film he starred, co-wrote, produced, and directed. he directed 13 full length films in his career. One of his most famous films was The War of the Worlds adapted from H.G. Wells’ novel of the same name. In the year 2002, he was voted the greatest film director of all-time in two polls of The British Film Institute among directors, and critics. His movie Citizen Kane is ranked #1 all-time in the AFI (American Film Institute) list of AFI’s #100 ranked All-time films list. He was a well celebrated Shakespearean actor. He presented troop variety shows during the war years.
My Shadow gives me Advises
My name is Harold Ernest and I have a story to tell about my shadow. When I was walking through my neighborhood with several of my friends. My shadow keeps whispering to me. My friends tell me where are those whispers coming from. I told them that I have no idea. Well, we went outside of our community and into the city. We went to a restaurant and started ordering food, got drinks, and having conversations with each other. A few hours later they told me that they have to be heading home soon.
I tell my friends that I understood. They went their separate ways, and I went to mine going home. Once I was walking there were a couple of bullies who wanted to start trouble. They pushed me around, starting to hit me, asking to do favors for them. My shadow fought back against them. I was shocked that it fought them single-handedly. They ran away and the shadow told me that they won’t mess with me anymore.
It tells me that I shouldn’t walk alone in places where there is danger. He was right, I listened to it, and got home. I was confident and relaxed that my shadow was solving my battles and giving me advises. Seven weeks later it told me to study for a career. So, I won’t turn out as a bum. Suddenly, a few years later I graduated from a University with my diploma to become a doctor.
Mr. Shadow wanted me to shake his hand, but I saw no hand. I only watched a shadow hand, but I shook it. It responded happy and was proud of me. I think if it once I am in my senior years and how it helped my life along the way. I now am married with my wife, and have five children. This is definitely a happy ending. I never thought that me and it could overcome huge obstacles, but we made it happen.
Once I turned old I have died and so did my shadow. My wife, children, friends, and family attended my funeral. They were sad that I passed away, but are proud of my achievements. They were also proud that I was their dad. I now am with my friend the shadow in Heaven with God and Jesus Christ.
Chevy Chase (1943-Present)
Chevy Chase is an American comedian, actor, and writer. He was a cast member in the inaugural show of Saturday Night Live. In the show he did his Weekend Update skit. It became a staple of the show. He is best known for his portrayal of his character Clark Griswold in all 4 National Lampoon Vacation movies. He had his own late show The Chevy Chase Show. He was in more comedy movies such as: Caddyshack (1980), Fletch (1985), Spies Like Us (1985), and Three Amigos (1986). He was in the four seasons of Community, before he left the comedy show in 2012. He did stand-up comedy, also.
Aliens aren’t Interested Coming to Earth
I don’t think for a second that aliens will be coming to our home planet anytime soon. They aren’t even interested in coming. They have other things to occupy themselves. It’s true that they have underwater bases here on Earth, but they want for us to relax in our home planet. They are fine not meeting us, and so are we. Most of us speculate many things about aliens. I think it is time to leave the aliens alone. They just want for us to have fun and be busy with our lives. It’s a safe bet that they only wanted to make our civilization, but that’s about it. They have other things to worry about.
Brad Pitt (1963-Present)
Brad Pitt is an American actor, and producer. He gained recognition as a cowboy hitchhiker in the movie Thelma & Louise (1991). He got an Academy Award nomination in the movie 12 Monkeys (1995). He started in silver screen movies since 1991. He was in a number of motion picture films. His greatest films successes are Troy (2004), Mr. and Mrs. Smith (2005), and World War Z (2013). He produced the films The Departed (2006), and 12 Years a Slave (2013), which both won Academy Awards for Best Picture at the Oscars both years respectively.
Elvis Presley (1935-1977)
Elvis Presley was an American singer, and actor. He is referred to as “the King of Rock and Roll”, and one of the most cultural icons of the 20th Century. He began his music career with Sun Records in 1954. Later RCA Victor acquired his contract in a deal. His first single, “Heartbreak Hotel” became a no.1 hit in the United States in 1956. In 1968 he was drafted into the military service. Two years later he resumed his music career, which produced some of his successful work. He starred in 1960’s movies. He is one of the best-selling solo artist in the history of music. He won 3 Grammy Awards, and received the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. He is inducted into multiple music Halls of Fame. He made his film debut in Love Me Tender in November 1956. In 1968 he made a live television special Elvis. He died of prescription drug abuse on August 16, 1977. He was 42 years old. Today is Elvis Presley’s 80th Birthday. He would have been 80 years old today on January 8, 2015. R.I.P. Elvis Presley
I’m Surprised the show Gotham has aired, but am Happy of it
I have seen all the Gathom episodes on the Fox network. Today I was watching the last one. When I saw the end of it. I saw that it will come back in two weeks. I am so thrilled that this show didn’t get cancelled. I am anticipating the next episodes when it airs each week. I am up to date on Bruce Wayne’s serious situation. My favorite character out of all of them is (Selina Kyle/Catwoman). Even if what I will write next doesn’t have anything to do with this. I am going to write it anyway. The show I was recently watching was State of Affairs, but it no longer aired. I found out in the EW magazine online that it might be cancelled, because of its poor showing. I am hopeful that this other show stays on air. But, if it doesn’t, then so be it. Gathom has had mixed reviews in the beginning, and am happy surprised that it is still airing. I am most waiting for its next episodes!!! Remember same bat-time! same bat-channel!
