Ghosts in my Mind

Dear diary,

My name is Stephen Lurks. I didn’t feel happy these past few years. My whole families and friends noticed that I haven’t had good times with them. I feel as if ghosts have invaded my mind. They make me gloomy and miserable. I almost lost my job as a dentist, because of it. They wanted to know why I felt so depressed. I told them that I have felt ghosts in my mind making me sad all through my life. They all laughed at me, but something out of the ordinary happened. My ghosts came out of my brain. My friends and families were surprised that I am actually telling the truth. They soon believed me, and were no longer laughing, but something heroic has occurred. My friends and families fought back against my ghosts and I fought back against those supernatural beings, as well. The ghosts went away and a few weeks after I turned happy. My friends and families are now convinced that I am happy and positive.

Yours Sincerely,

Stephen Lurks

Read Something that doesn’t Affect You

I have no trouble reading crime books, history, novels, and astronomy. I do however avoid reading other books that I don’t want to read. If something in a book of a subject bothers you, then don’t read it. There are plenty of books to read, which some could fit to your liking. We aren’t going to read everything that interest us. We can read some in our lifetime. Most of us spend time reading most books, but not all of them. Pick something that doesn’t affect you in any way. If I were you I would read a fantasy novel, and in this way you won’t be bothered at all. I love reading true crime novels to know what happened in real life. This is not the only thing I read. I like reading on other people’s blogs on WordPress. I spend much of my time studying how to write, though. Choose wisely of purchasing what to read, and try not to spend your money. Balance your money that you have in your bank, and use it for emergencies, just in case something happens. Reading is fun, but not to be tormented or affected in any way. If you feel this way you should avoid reading biography books, and anything that is controversial. I don’t have any problems reading both subjects, but you have to choose wisely. As I’ve said before.

The Difference Between Novel & Movie: The Fault In Our Stars

I have read the novel The Fault in Our Stars, and have watched the movie of the same name. Now I can make comparisons. In my point of view I feel the novel is much better than the movie. The movie was great and it completed the whole novel of how it was imagined by the author. But, the novel felt as if it was the movie as well. The movie and novel neither  didn’t disappoint its fans. I loved the novel much better, because it felt much different. When I saw the movie I have felt that I already know what is going to happen, but loved it, also. To me the novel has felt stronger, and heartfelt, because you imagine the characters. You can try to picture how they look like, and how they are alike. In the movie you feel you already know everything that’s going to happen, because you’ve read the book. However, there will be some people who will tell you that both were great. I have felt that imagining is a challenge, and I love challenges when I read novels, and the movies adapted towards it. The movie didn’t disappoint me. But I would prefer the novel than the movie any day.

History Is Fun To Read!!!

Some people don’t love to read history, while the rest of us do really love it. The history that I read most of the time is about astronomy, and true-crime. Well, there are more history to read. Obviously. Many books come to question of whom to read about. The book about the Civil War is interesting to know about, because there are so much things we still don’t know about, but we think we do. However, I love when a historian writer writes about things we didn’t know about that did happen. It would be fun to read about the Golden Gate Bridge, and what about the Egyptians in ancient times. You could read about the pre-historic age. Like it, or not. Most people want to know the history of Adolf Hitler, or Lee Harvey Oswald (For that Matter!). I know it is not something most people won’t like talking about, but it is there to know about Adolf’s interesting biography. There are books about Bonnie & Clyde, or how about the Vikings. There is so much history between these subjects. You can read about Lindberg’s baby that went missing. How about the time when John Lennon got shot. There is even sports history. You can read about the New York Yankees, or the history about the Miami Hurricanes. Anything that happened before, and in our time is history. Another one you can be interested about is The Great Depression in the 1930’s. You can learn about many things that have happened in history. You can learn about the things that have happened before our time. History is being made right now.

Read Brand New Novels, Not Very Old Ones

What got you thinking of reading the novel “The Grapes of Wrath” right just when you finished graduating high school? No, read new ones! You have the rights of being spoiled in entertainment of novels coming out soon. Don’t read books like Gone With The Wind. Read something like The Hunger Games, The Chronicles of Nick series, or the I Am Number Four… series. Something like that. You can even read horror novels from writers like Stephen King. Look for new things to watch, and new music to listen to. When you’re young in your twenties you need to live a lot. I think it is the best solutions to read new novels, and not very old ones. If you read like Hard Times by Charles Dickens, and you’re a writer, then I’ll say I don’t blame you for it. Discover new authors, and read exciting new novels that might turn into movies in some years. My advice to you all is to enjoy the present, and not the past. This is you era, and you’re not in your parents’ era.

Interested in Watching The New Movie “Fifty Shades of Grey”?

Do most of you have already read the “Fifty Shades of Grey” trilogy novels? Are you interested in watching the new movie at the Silver Screen? To tell you the truth the movie for me sounds interesting. I don’t think that women, and men will turn down to watch this film. In my point of view this movie should fare very well at the box office. But, the future is yet unpredictable. Not all movies share the same luxury like for example The Hunger Games, and The Thor movies. Are you curious in the main characters of this film, includes, Anastasia, and the laser-gazed billionaire Christian Grey? How will Dokota Faning, and Jamie Doman fare in this film? If most of you have read the books by E.L. James, then most of you already know what will happen. I am interested in this movie as well, but will wait for it till it comes out in DVD. Choose if you want to or don’t want to see this film. Tell me what you think about the TV ads of  “Fifty Shades of Grey”. The movie comes out on Valentine’s Day of 2015. What do you think of these novels turning into movies? Would you care to watch “Fifty Shades of Grey”?

Today is a Happy Day For Me!

Yesterday I was watching my favorite team play, which is the Miami Heat, and they’ve won. I also saw the Miami Marlins play pro baseball late last night, and they’ve won. I am so happy about it. I used to be a huge sports fan, but not anymore. I still watch Miami teams, but am more into astronomy, science, writing reference books, and true crime novels. I am listening to music, and love reading fiction genre novels. I don’t read romance novels, because it’s not my taste. I have come to my next door neighbor’s home to give her back her mail, since she was out for a few days. I have always had positive days. I am more into my writing, and am obsessed with it 100%. My uncle and aunt are here today for vacation of 10 days. They are going to spend the days with me, and my parents. Whenever I get the chance to go out, I take advantage of it. In July I will be busy on my online writing course of how to edit my writing, but I’ll be back. Whenever I get the chance during the class I might blog some. It is going to be a six week course. By the time I’m through learning it I’ll know most or some about editing. I hope it is most. I hope most of you are having fun days, and are occupied in important things. Play safe! Peace!
