When I first heard this song it sounded interesting to me. The singer tells us that the break-ups we feel is like toy soldiers falling down like from a cliff. It reminds us that our emotions can easily be broken into negatives. We need to keep our emotions in check. It’s alright to feel a little sad about it, but this song is beautifully sang. Martika sure does have a great singing voice, but she hung it up quite fast. I will always remember this song, because of its originality. I never thought of singing toy soldiers falling down.
