I think in order to be happy, first you need to have self confidence. Don’t worry over something you can’t control. Focus on what you can control. Be with your family. They will always help you and support you.
Think of happy memories. Like enjoying your backyard. Play with your pet dogs, or cats. Be optimistic about your future. Listen to music. For example I love listening to smooth jazz. Hang out with your friends and family.
Talk about life. Most people like talking about life. Be realistic of your life. I think that these things will help you the most. Being happy is when you’re living your life. Live for today.
Don’t focus on the past and future. Live in the present. Start living your life.
