My All-Time favorite movie will always be Freedom Writers, but I also do love The Godfather Trilogy and American Gangster movies. The reason I have picked Freedom Writers as my All-Time favorite is because these were students with real life problems, and it is a true story. The Teacher has made a huge difference in the students lives, which not most would do. It got me inspired to be a writer and the reason I still have the passion and commitment to write. I love the true stories from the students in the Movie Freedom Writers. I will always love this movie and will keep it in my heart. This is the one that is helping shape my career as a professional writer. In most of my classes I nicknamed myself as Freedom Writer in writing online classes, because of the movie that inspired me to achieve my dream as a writer. Now I am not Freedom Writer anymore, but I still take online writing classes, which I have only two left to complete, and then I’ll be done. I am inspired to be a professional horror novelist to which I am striving for. Now you know why Freedom Writers is my favorite movie. I just thought I would like to share this with all of you. We almost have the same taste in movies. I’ve done a series of posts on the best 50 films from each decade from the 1930’s through the present. “The Godfather parts I & II finished at the top for the 1970’s.
Sad, but I’ve never seen “Freedom Writers.” Guess I’ll have to check that one out.
