If you remember the bad memories the only person hurting is yourself and no one else. You may think that the persons that caused you to have bad days are hurting, because they hurt you in the pasts, but they aren’t hurting at all. You’re the only one who’s remembering them. Think of only the good memories and erase all your bad ones. I know that all of our pasts (good, bad) will always stick to us, but it doesn’t hurt to forget about the bad people. Let your negative pasts be things of the pasts and don’t bring them up again. Remember the good times when you hang out with friends and families. Don’t let anything in your mind bother you. Stay in control with your brain. Let the good memories always stick in your mind. Don’t hurt yourself.
Remembering the past memories may help in improving our future and what steps are to be taken with caution.
I vote your thought that the bad ones always hurt the one who enhancers them.

Great advice I just wish that it was possible to forget the bad memories. Sometime you need to to stop them hurting you again the same way.
It is. But, it depends on you, because it’s in your hands.
