The book and the movie that continue to fascinate me still I wish Georgie had left that boat where it was….
I have read the book. It is very well written, but haven’t seen the movie.
The movie is a bit hit n miss to be honest. The kids are great, but the adults are not so good. You’ll probably be disappointed, particularly with the end, although I still like it. It’s worth watching just for Tim Curry as Pennywise. And the scene you mentioned is extremely creepy in both.
