James Cameron is still a vegan — and he picked a massive celebration to remind the world.

The 58-year-old film-maker and ocean explorer was honored on June 13 during the National Geographic Society’s 125th anniversary gala with “Explorer of the Year” for his successful solo dive last year to the deepest point of the Pacific Ocean. During his speech, Cameron urged the packed house of scientists and explorers to consider dropping animal products and reap the benefits.

“I’ve had an epiphany recently,” Cameron said. “I want to challenge all of you as people of deep conscience, people who are environment stewards of the earth and oceans … By changing what you eat, you will change the entire contract between the human species and the natural world.”

Cameron, who announced he’d gone vegan in October last year, told the crowd that the switch had a huge impact on him. “I felt like…

Finally the next day I get to sign to an online writing class. I will decide to start in March. I will be busy throughout this year.

I was reading ‘salem’s Lot, and am almost finished with it. Once I was reading the book Big Magic I am feeling free of my creativity. I don’t feel obligated anymore. I feel like I am not afraid of putting stories out like I was before. It feels so awesome and rewarding.

The next two online writing courses will be of how to be a professional writer. The last three will be all about publishing books. I love these classes very much. They are real educational and fun.

My mind goes blank when I don’t know what to type in posts. It happens to the majority of the writers.

I have finished watching The Missing and loved it. Now I am getting ready to wait to see The People v. O.J movie.

I did walk today and it felt great. I love the outdoors. Anyway, I didn’t get to see squirrels, but I got to see my neighbor’s buddy dog, and have pet it. Now it is not so cold anymore. I think this is still winter in some other states. Here it doesn’t feel like it, but sometimes I think it does.

I love the quietness of my home. It makes me think. I get to create stories. I have found out which is the longest novel ever written. It is called Artamene ou le Grand Cyrus. It was written in the 17th century. It has 13,090 pages and it was written by Madeleine de Scudery. I never knew this novel ever existed till yesterday.

I was thinking of how I should go on to improve my writing. I think by writing everyday I will get much confidence. I write everyday. Most of the time is on the computer. I always think of words, and literature. And of how they differ. Writing paragraphs isn’t that easy and it is very hard. I am getting used to it.

The hard parts are over of taking the former ten classes of writing, but there is five more to go. These years are passing pretty fast. But, I am glad that I am taking my time. I am being patient through the growth of my writing.

Well, I am writing-off, and signing-off! Till the next post adventure, my friends! ❤ 🙂

I have watched the Miami Hurricanes of women’s basketball play against the Florida State Seminoles. The Hurricanes have played pretty good today. We just lost by a dozen points, because the other is much better then that. Other then that I have no complaints of this game. The lady canes have a bright future.

Outside right now is pleasant. It is a beautiful day today.

I can’t wait to watch the O.J. Simpson movie. This will tell us how it was all played out of a true story. The characters look interesting. I want to see how the courtroom reacted towards the whole trial.

I think I will try again some other day to try to get interested in watching the miniseries War & Peace. Maybe, I might get into it. Of course, I have the original novel written by Leo Tolstoy.

A long time ago I saw Gone With The Wind and loved it. It was great storytelling, and I think it goes the same for the novel as well.

The el chapo movie when it comes out I will see it.

Right now I want to read and study.

Well, I am writing-off, and signing-off! Till the next post adventure, my friends! Be safe and behave! ❤ 🙂
