I was pretty busy today with entering another writing contest in poetry. I am doing good. I have much improved in my fiction stories and poetry. I am improving on my English Grammar.

I was reading the novels, Gone With The Wind by Margaret Mitchell, and A Spark of Light by Jodi Picoult. I was watching the USA women’s soccer team winning the She Believes Cup. They are now She Believes Cup Champions. Today I was studying grammar.

These last few days I was helping in the backyard. My dad and I were planting plants in the front yard. It is awesome receiving fresh air.

Right now I am listening to smooth jazz. I am relaxing. I will sleep tonight.

I think that Natalie wood’s performance as Maria was excellent. I saw the movie West Side Story and thought of it as a beautiful movie. It was romantic. I have enjoyed the soundtrack of this movie. It was released in the theaters in 1968. Such a long time ago. A very sad movie. I felt sorry for Tony of his torn relationship with Maria. They both loved each other, but were troubled by difficult circumstances. A great movie to watch. I recommend it to anyone who wants to see it. Two Thumbs Up!

I think that Margaret Mitchell’s novel Gone With The Wind has paid dividends on winning the Pulitzer Prize Award. It is a well written novel. I am reading it and am halfway through the book. She has researched well of the Civil War Era and has studied it excellent. It is sad that her life was cut short. She has been killed in a car accident back in the 1940’s. She was only 48. I like the story between Scarlett O’Hara and Rhett Butler. It is a beautiful romantic novel. I could see why they decided to make it into a movie. In 1939 it won Best Picture. I saw the movie and loved it. She is an excellent storyteller. She could have written more novels if she had lived more time in this world. It will be interesting if they make a movie about her life. She deserves one. She has written one of the all-time great novel.

I am reading writing reference magazines and reading the novel, Dark Matter by Blake Crouch. I am already halfway into the book.

I am listening to smooth Jazz. I am relaxing reading Dark Matter. I have watched part of the episode of The Witcher and read Writer’s Digest magazine.
