I have lost much weight these past weeks and I feel great. I am happy. I watch what I eat and drink. Every once a month you can treat yourself of one sugary drink, or salty food. It won’t damage your body. I now eat less and drink less. I am with four months of not drinking sodas.
I was reading writing reference magazines and they are helping me tremendously. I am in class this year. I am learning a lot.
A few minutes ago I saw the last episode of Blind Spot and loved it.
I hope that most of you enjoy the holidays, because 2016 is nearing towards its end. We will welcome 2017 with new hopes of dreams and miracles coming true.
