She earned an Academy award nomination for Best Actress in the film Rachel Getting Married in 2008. She was in Christopher Nolan’s film The Dark Knight Rises (2012) as Selina Kyle (a.k.a., Catwoman). She won an Academy award for Best Supporting Actress for the film Les Miserables (2012). She is on the list of the world’s 50 Most Beautiful People in 2006.
