Feeling negative? Start thinking of one good thing. In this way you’re on your way to a positive recovery. It’s a small start, because you have bad emotions inside you. I know that things look awful now but in the future it gets better. Days change from time to time. Not everyone is the same. We are all different. You might not right now feel a 100% positive. But you’ll feel that 15% positive right in you. It is a beginning at least. Think of the other people who have more serious problems. You will feel better. You will begin to gain friends. Start gaining your own trust in yourself. Have a happy life. Think of one happy thing. Gain your own trust.
